Volunteer to Help at Vacation Bible School!

Cornerstone UMC will offer an exciting four-day Vacation Bible School (VBS) for children ages 4 through 5th grade from 9a to Noon Monday July 7 to Thursday, July 10th. This year’s carnival theme is “Step Right Up” as Jesus invites us to step up close and know him.

 There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available for this year’s VBS, including:

 ·       Prop/Set/Decorations Team (3 Adults)

·       Arrival Greeters (2 Adults)

·       Child Check-in Station (2 Adults)

·       Child Check-out Station (2 Adults)

·       Craft/Activity Station (2 Adults)

·       Storyteller/Drama Station (2 Adults)

·       Food/Snack Station (3 Adults)

·       Games/Outdoor Station (2 Adults)

·       Music/Singing Station (2 Adults)

·       Missions Station (1 Adult)

·       4-year Old Group Chaperone (2 Adults)

·       Kindergarten/1st Grade Group Chaperone (2 Adults)

·       2 & 3 Grade Group Chaperone (2 Adults)

·       4 & 5 Grade Group Chaperone (2 Adults)

 Youth going into 6th grade and above are also invited to serve as helpers during VBS.

Please sign-up on the bulletin board outside the church office or email info@csofallon.org to let the VBS Directors know your volunteer preference(s). A VBS Volunteer Orientation will be held in June for all volunteers.
