Kids JAM (Children’s Ministry)

We love kids and families at Cornerstone United Methodist Church and can’t wait to welcome your children to our Kids JAM program on Sunday mornings from 11A to Noon!

While parents and grandparents attend Cornerstone UMC’s modern worship service, children from infants through 5th grade get to experience a fun, caring, safe, and faith-filled environment led by our amazing team of volunteers.

Each week, kids are reminded that the best way to walk through life is with Jesus!

What Is Kids JAM?

Kids JAM (Jesus And Me) is Cornerstone’s Sunday morning children’s ministry program for toddlers through 5th grade. During Kids JAM, children participate in:

• 🎨 Crafts and creative activities

• 🎲 Games and interactive fun

• 📖 Storytelling and Bible lessons

• 🎶 Music that teaches God’s love

Nursery care is also provided during the same hour for our littlest ones.

Kids’ Worship Zones

We know that children learn and engage in different ways! That’s why we offer Kids’ Worship Zones during both our classic (9a) and modern (11a) worship services.

These zones are stocked with fun, quiet activities that children can enjoy in the zone or take back to their seats during worship.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer, Cornerstone UMC offers a Vacation Bible School experience. This year’s VBS will occur from July 7 to 10, 2025.

Child Safety Matters

The safety and well-being of your children is a top priority. Cornerstone UMC follows the Safe Gatherings program, which includes:

• Background checks and reference verification for all adult leaders

• Specialized training in child safety and protection

• Policies that do not permit an adult to be alone with a minor during any church-sponsored activities.
